Follow below steps

Create declare expression

CL = C-C-Art

ID = .ExpectedTFiscalQuarter


1) IF   .ExpectedTUDate  != ""

Then set  Expected TU Fiscal Quarter = Value of    

D_GetQuarterForDate[FiscalDate:ExpectedTUDate].pxResults(<LAST>).CFQUARTER


Otherwise  set  Expected TU Fiscal Quarter = Value of   ""
